AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!


The world is in danger, and we need your help to save it!

Below are 5 exercises to train your body for the upcoming battle. Do you have what it takes to save the world?


Iron Man

Level 1 – Let us do 20 jumping jacks. Repeat 3 times. Rest for 20-30 seconds between each set.

Level 2 – 20 jumping jacks but repeat for 5 times. Rest for 20-30 seconds between sets.

Level 3 – 20 jumping jacks. Repeat for 7 times. Remember to take rests.


The Hulk

Level 1 – Lets do 10 squats. Repeat for 3 times. Can rest up to a minute between each set.

Level 2 – 10 squats. Repeat for 5 times.

Level 3 – 10 squats. Repeat for 7 times.


Black Widow

Level 1 – Let’s do 10 cross punch sit ups. Rest for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 more times.

Level 2 – 10 cross punch sit ups. Repeat for 5 times.

Level 3 – 10 cross punch sit ups. Repeat for 7 times.


Captain America

Level 1 – Time for push ups. 6 times for each set. Rest for 20-30 seconds. Repeat for 3 times.

Level 2 – Repeat for 5 times.

Level 3 – Repeat for 7 times.


Spider Man

Level 1 – Let’s do 20 lunges. 10 for each leg. Rest for 10-15 seconds. Repeat for 3 times.

Level 2 – Repeat for 5 times.

Level 3 – Repeat for 7 times.
